With the addition of the full T30 set bonus, Arms Warriors will transition to a Sweeping Strikes build which is much more focused on two-target damage using Mortal Strike buffed by the tier set, instead of raw AoE damage. Because most GCDs will be spent on these three abilities, there isn't a lot of time to spend rage on cheap fillers like Slam, so a combination of Ignore Pain, Storm of Swords, and Thunder Clap are used to spend rage more quickly without sacrificing as many GCDs. The Juggernaut build is a heavily backloaded playstyle which relies on rage conversion mechanics and stacking buffs to greatly enhance its damage potential, with numerous talents buffing Mortal Strike, Overpower, and Execute.
